Is there a best time to sell? The spring real estate market is often busy and there are many buyers usually at that time. That said, if you price your home correctly and prepare it effectively, you can sell your home for a good price at any time of the year. It is important to consider your objectives and personal time-line in determining when to list your home. The holidays can actually be a great time since only serious buyers are out looking.
