Carol A. Kearney

Carol A. Kearney has been serving the Northern Virginia community for many years. Since co-founding Momentum Realty in 2005 with Holly Weatherwax, she has served as the Principal Broker.

"Carol Cares" has been Carol's motto, as well as her way of life, through all of her years in the real estate industry.

The client experience is very important to Carol and it drives everything that she does: "I specialize in providing a client oriented experience. I advise my clients on buying, selling and renting homes and investment properties. I do not feel that you are a client, you are a friend." I achieve this through keeping up with the local market and being able to educate my clients on what will best suit their individual needs.

Carol was awarded the 2009 Loudoun County Chamber Ambassador of the year. She takes great pride in this as she tries to help others in business.

Carol enjoys giving back to the community. She is currently active with the Loudoun First Responders Foundation, The Stephen Ministry and her community civic association.
